Job Description :
* Ensure the maintenance and evolution of all client reports and provide third-level support to users.
* Analyze and resolve identified issues while documenting all work performed.
* Adhere to established guidelines and standards, design, perform, and execute unit tests.
* Work in project mode, both independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Organize and deliver training sessions for members of the application support team.

Technical Requirements:
