Your Mission / Responsibilities
* Welcome customers in the store to offer them an unforgettable shopping experience.
* Assess needs and recommend the best product combinations.
* Use your listening skills and identify desires and needs to enhance the presentation.
* Manage cash and achieve sales targets.
* Take care of merchandise presentation and organize the store and shop windows.
What Matters to Us / Qualifications
* Sales experience in retail, preferably in the textile industry.
* A sense of service and an affinity for fashion and colors.
* Flexibility in work organization.
* Efficiency, competence, empathy, and respect in everyday life.
* Friendly and neat appearance that complements the presentation.
