Overview
Senior Product Owner, ERP Application, Maintenance Services at VF Corporation. VF International is looking for an exceptional Senior Product Owner, ERP Application, Maintenance Services to join our Application Managed Services (AMS) team based in Stabio, Switzerland.
Let’s Talk About The Role: You as area lead will focus your accountabilities on the AMS execution, coordinating and supporting services being outsourced to an IT partner. You will act as a link between the Business and the Technical Team and controlling all activities on Vendor side. You will also contribute to and support the design, build and implementation of solutions in SAP environment as well as their application maintenance. You should be an experienced professional, with a keen interest in Application Maintenance and hold an ITIL Foundation Certificate or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
* Act as area lead for AMS execution, coordinating and supporting outsourced services to an IT partner.
* Serve as a liaison between the Business and Technical Teams and oversee all activities on the vendor side.
* Contribute to and support the design, build, and implementation of SAP solutions and their application maintenance.
* Operate with autonomy while coordinating with internal IT teams and key vendors in a complex, multi-integrated technology environment.
* Apply ITIL concepts and demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
* Coordinate SAP-related activities (SAP Qualifications, Master Data, Assortment, Listing, Site, SAP FMS/MDG processes) and integration (RFCs, APIs, IDOC Management).
* Promote and manage improvements to processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.

* Experience supporting large and complex SAP implementations.

* Fluency in spoken and written English.

* Customer satisfaction orientation.
A formal university Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technology is nice to have, but total experience and professional achievements are prioritized.
