Your Tasks
1. Ensure high system availability and process stability through timely and careful maintenance of production equipment in wafer production
2. Carry out and plan preventive maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting of production systems (lithography, wet chemistry, backend, thin film) to ensure high system availability, cooperation with external partners
3. Responsible for inventory management and spare parts management
4. Close cooperation with team colleg: inside and process engineer: inside
5. Assisting in the improvement of existing manufacturing processes of the plant, actively contributing suggestions for improvement
6. Developing and maintaining the documentation of maintenance tasks
7. Complying with and ensuring occupational safety
Your Profile
8. Technical vocational training and specific further training in electronics, mechanics or physics an advantage
9. Several years of professional experience in the maintenance of semiconductor production systems, for example in lithography, wet chemistry, wafer dicing, P&P, coating technology or in plasma processes
10. Professional experience in cleanrooms and in handling hazardous chemicals or systems in which they are used
11. Good knowledge of German or English
