Overview
A high‑performing, privately held investment firm is seeking a mid‑level Investor Relations professional to support day‑to‑day IR activities while playing a key role in investor communications and marketing initiatives. This individual will act as a central link between the investment team and external stakeholders, helping to present the firm's strategy, performance, and value proposition clearly and consistently.
The role suits a detail‑oriented, commercially minded professional who enjoys balancing relationship management with content creation and process execution.
Key Responsibilities
Investor Relations
Support ongoing communication with existing and prospective investors, including responding to information requests and coordinating follow‑ups
Assist with the preparation of investor reporting materials (quarterly reports, presentations, factsheets, data room materials)
Maintain and update investor databases, CRM systems, and distribution lists
Support fundraising processes, including coordination of materials, tracking investor engagement, and managing timelines
Assist with investor meetings, calls, and events, including preparation of briefing materials
Marketing & Communications
Contribute to the development and updating of marketing materials such as pitch decks, one‑pagers, and written commentary
Ensure consistency of messaging across investor‑facing documents
Support website and digital content updates (where applicable)
Assist with thought leadership, commentaries, or market updates in collaboration with senior team members
Internal Coordination
Work closely with investment, finance, and operations teams to gather data and ensure accurate, timely communication
Help improve IR and marketing processes, documentation, and workflows
Candidate Profile
Experience
3-6 years of experience in Investor Relations, Fund Marketing, Capital Raising, or a related role
Background within asset management, private markets, investment advisory, or financial services strongly preferred
Skills & Attributes
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Commercially aware, with an understanding of investor expectations
Confident working with performance data and financial materials
Proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a lean, fast‑paced environment
Education
Bachelor's degree required; finance, economics, or business‑related disciplines preferred
