Your Job
Full responsibility for a high-revenue sales territory
Consistent acquisition of new customers as well as sustainable management and expansion of existing accounts
Strategic development of new market opportunities
Technical support (design-in) during product development and oversight of projects from initial concept through to series production
Proactive presentation of the latest technologies and identification of project opportunities
Independent execution of contract negotiations with customers and partners
Close communication with our customers’ purchasing and development departments
Ongoing market and competitor analysis to identify and leverage new business opportunities
Our Requirements
Strong combination of sales talent and solid technical expertise
Completed technical education in electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or telecommunications engineering
At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in technical sales or development
Native-level German and very good English skills
Ability to identify technical projects and drive them through to completion
High level of initiative and interest in building and developing a sales territory in a structured way
Passion for innovation and technological advancements
Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and a strong team-oriented mindset
