Responsibilities
* Support internal clients in the design, development, and execution of performance tests
* Create clear, insightful, and decision-relevant test reports
* Support internal clients in the design, development, and execution of synthetic monitors
* Advise and support colleagues from other departments in implementing testing and monitoring requirements
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of test environments, methodologies, and automation strategy
* Ensure a high-quality, stable, and maintainable test setup throughout the entire test lifecycle
Required Experience and Skills
* Strong analytical skills with a structured approach to requirements analysis
* Experience in developing and maintaining CI/CD workflows: Bitbucket / Jenkins, GitLab
* Solid understanding of system architectures, APIs, networks, and performance metrics
* Experience with monitoring and interpreting metrics (latency, throughput, resource usage) using: Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace
* Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable technical field (HF/FH/University)
