MOE Compliance Officer & Training Supervisor
For our client, we are looking for a MOE Compliance Officer & Training Supervisor (M/F)
This dual-role position combines regulatory compliance expertise, document management precision, and training leadership.
Your Mission
MOE Compliance
* Review MOE supplements for accuracy, relevance, and compliance with applicable regulations and internal standards.
* Ensure timely updates to documentation following process changes or continuous improvement initiatives.
* Maintain version control and document history for all supplements.
* Coordinate updates through formal change control processes.
* Collaborate with process owners, quality teams, and operational stakeholders to validate changes.
* Provide accurate documentation for audits and inspections.
* Communicate updates effectively to impacted teams and ensure understanding of changes.
Training Supervision
* Design and implement training programs tailored to MRO / CAMO / FBO operations.
* Monitor mandatory certification and recurrent training schedules.
* Maintain accurate records of training completion, qualifications, and audit readiness.
* Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, KPIs, and post-training assessments.
* Support the VP Quality in planning and managing the training budget.
* Deliver internal training sessions.
* Introduce innovative learning methods (e-learning, simulation tools, blended learning) to enhance training outcomes.
Your Profile
Education
* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Process Engineering, or Quality Management.
Experience
2–5 years of experience in document control, technical documentation, quality assurance, or compliance in the aeronautics sector.
Key Skills
* Excellent command of Microsoft Office.
* Knowledge of Centrik and ISO 9001 auditor certification are strong assets.
* “Train the Trainer” certification or equivalent.
