Gi Group SA We are looking for VISUAL EXPERIENCE & MERCHANDISING MANAGER 100% Key Responsibilities - Define and adapt visual merchandising standards for the Swiss market, ensuring alignment with international brand guidelines. - Lead the full visual strategy across retail, including seasonal campaigns, immersive in-store experiences, and targeted VM actions at the point of sale. - Design and implement inspiring visual concepts that enhance customer engagement and reflect brand identity. - Monitor market and design trends, translating insights into actionable strategies to strengthen brand perception and boost commercial performance. - Act as a central liaison between internal departments and national/international teams (Retail, Operations, VM, Marketing) to ensure consistent brand presentation across all touchpoints. - Support key brand moments, including store openings, PR events, and activations, through creative and impactful visual merchandising. - Report regularly on VM performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve visual impact and sales results. What You Bring - Solid experience in visual merchandising, ideally within a premium multi-brand environment. - Proven ability to independently develop and implement creative VM strategies. - A highly creative mindset combined with strong commercial awareness and a passion for dynamic, international settings. - Excellent organizational skills, initiative, and a hands-on approach to project execution. - Proficiency in design tools and a sharp eye for aesthetics, trends, and detail. - Native German speaker with strong English communication skills.
