Your tasks: As a Master, you will lead a team of about fifteen people in professional reintegration (unemployment insurance, social action, disability insurance) within the framework of a logistics activity. Your main missions are: To support, train, and evaluate participants throughout their internship using appropriate tools, in close collaboration with the educational team. To organize and supervise the textile collection activity with external clients and ensure the management of the sector. To contribute to the development of textile collection activities while ensuring the profile of all: You have confirmed experience in the field of professional reintegration and you hold qualifications in adult coaching (MSP, social worker, BFFA or equivalent) as well as experience in the technical field, ideally. You demonstrate excellent organizational skills which allow you to effectively structure your work and that of the people you supervise. You have excellent knowledge of MS Office tools and use them effortlessly in your daily work. You express yourself easily, both orally and in writing, in French; you have good leadership skills and enjoy teamwork, promoting collaboration and a supportive environment. You are known for your rigor, your stress resilience, and your ability to manage priorities effectively.
