For our client, an international company based in Lenzburg, we are looking for a dedicated R&D Project Leader, SiC Semiconductor Chip (f/m/d). As an R&D Project Leader on our team, you’ll guide the journey from early concept through development and device validation, collaborating closely with colleagues to spark creative solutions towards our next generation of power devices.

Responsibilities
* Drive next‑generation SiC power device development within our project management framework; monitor risks, resources, and milestones to deliver on‑time and on‑budget.
* Lead technical activities in device design, process development, or integration, applying your technical capabilities to drive innovation.
* Collaborate with R&D, process and product engineering, and quality teams to consolidate goals and build consensus on decisions.
* Lead technical problem‑solving and root‑cause investigations with structured methodologies and data‑driven conclusions.
* Uncover and secure vital IP.
* Develop and nurture relationships within the SiC semiconductor community.
Qualifications
* Master’s or PhD in engineering or physical science, ideally with a focus on semiconductor technology.
* Ideally 2+ years of project or technical leadership experience in semiconductor R&D or similar high‑tech environments.
* Knowledge of semiconductor devices and industrial semiconductor technology, preferably with a focus on SiC.
* Strong data analysis skills, ideally including proficiency with SQL, JMP and fab‑floor tools such as SiView.
* Ability to convey complex technical concepts with clarity and precision in both written reports and live presentations.
* Thrive in collaborative teams where consensus‑driven decisions, psychological safety nurtures creativity, and we solve challenges together.
* Fluent in English.
