The city of Fribourg is offering a position at 60% (M/F) in the Urban Planning Service X Architecture, Facility Management Sector. Your missions:- Ensure the management of the sector: correspondence, official documents, reports to the Municipal Council (writing, formatting, follow-up), manage telephone reception and the reception of the Facility Management Sector and the Urban Planning Service, organize meetings and write minutes.- Manage invoices: control, entry, accounting follow-up and reminders.- Maintain databases and ensure the follow-up of tools and plan internal meetings.- Manage room reservations and follow-up.- Contribute to processes and work with other services.- Presence at the workplace: 3 days/week.Profile:- CFC of commercial employee or equivalent.- Confirmed experience in a similar role ideally within a public administration.- Excellent writing skills and sense of priorities.- Rigor, autonomy, and methodical spirit.- Ease and service-oriented.- Proficient in MS Office tools and comfortable with reporting systems.- Proficiency in French or German with very good oral and written knowledge of the partner language.Start date: June 1 or to be agreed upon.
