Your Responsibilities:
Strategic Partner: Serve as the primary point of contact for financial steering and analysis across key areas, such as production, projects, and general administration, while providing actionable insights and guidance to decision-makers.
Data-Driven Insights: Deliver precise reports, dashboards, and KPIs to ensure transparency and enable strategic decision-making.
Planning and Control: Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring data accuracy and presenting results that pave the way for future success.
Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in financial and controlling processes while enhancing SAP FI/CO workflows to increase efficiency.
Month-End Closing: Oversee and execute month-end activities, including cost allocation, investment analysis, and variance reporting.
Your Profile:
A completed degree in business administration with a focus on finance and controlling (University, FH, HF).
At least 5 years of professional experience as a Finance Business Partner in functional controlling, ideally within an industrial environment.
Strong IT and process affinity with in-depth knowledge of SAP FI/CO/PS.
Excellent communication skills in German and English.
Structured, detail-oriented work style combined with strong analytical thinking.
