Your tasks
* Recruitment, leadership and development of your team members, including regular individual training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge and process know-how

* Initiation and implementation of measures to increase sales while ensuring a seamless omnichannel customer experience
* Responsibility for the promotional and appealing presentation of merchandise in compliance with merchandising standards
* Ensuring smooth operations related to inventory management and shop presentation, as well as careful handling of goods and execution of the annual inventory
* Organization and execution of administrative tasks, such as task delegation within the team, cash management, processing work orders and timely submission of reports
* Ensuring safety and compliance standards, including theft prevention and adherence to applicable labor laws regarding working hours
* Coordination of maintenance tasks and ensuring a functional and attractive work environment in collaboration with the Regional Manager

Our Requirements
* Completed commercial training and/or equivalent experience in sales
* Completed commercial training and/or equivalent experience in sales
* Several years of work experience in selling streetwear, shoes, sports equipment, or accessories
* Extensive experience in leading and developing teams
* Trainer certification is an advantage
* Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
* Very good knowledge of the respective national language as well as English, both written and spoken, required
* Enthusiasm for teamwork and a high level of communication and conflict resolution skills
* Strong planning and organizational abilities
* High degree of self-responsibility and a solution-oriented approach to work
* Strong self-motivation, resilience, flexibility and reliability
