The job holder will be the single point of contact for the cluster leadership team on all supply chain related topics and have a dotted reporting line into the regional supply chain, Enterprise Planning and Logistics Director.

The role requires a well-networked people manager with a track record of building strong collaborative relationships and experience of running virtual teams.

Key responsibilities include leading and developing a talented cluster product availability and customer collaboration associates, optimizing customer service while balancing cost and inventory.

The role will work across short-term (S&OE) and mid-long term (S&OP+) time horizons eliminating structural blockers to service excellence.

This role will orchestrate service excellence today and tomorrow, influencing and connecting E2E across all parts of the organization that own elements of service.
