As part of our growth strategy, we are strengthening our commercial organization and looking for a Business Development Manager to accelerate our expansion.
Key responsibilities
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by:
* Building and managing a qualified sales pipeline (private banks, asset managers and family offices).
* Leading the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature.
* Developing strategic partnerships to accelerate market access and deal flow through networking, events, outreach, and referrals.
* Coordinating RFI/RFP responses and proposals.
* Contributing to Finartis go-to-market strategy.
* Identifying new markets and growth opportunities.
You will operate in a collaborative sales model, where you lead opportunities while working closely with Pre-Sales & Product Experts and management.
Profile requirements
* 5+ years in B2B software sales (WealthTech / FinTech preferred).
* Proven ability to manage complex and long sales cycles.
* Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills.
* Ability to structure opportunities and drive deals.
* Strong relationship-building with C-level stakeholders.
* Experience in partner development is a plus.
* Structured, disciplined, and results-driven.
