To complement our IT team in Zurich, we are looking for an ICT Specialist at 100% to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your Responsibilities
* Handle and resolve issues recorded in the ICT ticket system and provide telephone support (IT hotline).
* Provide 1st + 2nd level support regarding operating systems and Office applications, including documentation.
* Support regarding client hardware—troubleshoot hardware errors, replace components, including documentation.
* Set up and manage locations—needs analysis, workstation setup (PC or ThinClient); printer installation and configuration; prepare relevant site documentation.
* Manage user accounts in Windows Active Directory / Entra ID—create, modify, or delete users.
* Manage Windows Exchange 2019 / Exchange Online—create, modify, or delete users, email addresses, distribution groups.
* Support with assigning landline and mobile phone numbers, managing subscriptions, and making changes.
* Manage ORS printing solutions.
* Handle ICT consumables—obtain quotes, compare options; make ordering recommendations; perform ordering and inventory management.
* Regularly suggest process optimization improvements.
* Participate in or lead ICT projects.
Your Profile
* Completed IT support or systems engineering education.
* Knowledge in: Microsoft Windows Server/Client, Exchange Online, hybrid environments, Active Directory/Azure Entra, Microsoft 365, virtualization, Intune, automation, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WiFi).
* Ability to understand and efficiently utilize interactions and dependencies between IT systems.
* Team player.
* Driving license category B.
* High willingness to travel within Switzerland.
* German—spoken: C1, written: C1.
* English—spoken: B2, written: B2.
* Additional languages (advantage)—spoken: B2, written: B2.
* Interest in working in the social and migration sector.
