EHC Kloten Sport AG is looking for an entrepreneurial, organized, and creative personality with a passion for sports, events, and fan experiences. As an Event Manager, you are responsible for the strategic development, conception, and operational implementation of our event formats – from gameday experiences to sponsor and hospitality events to community events.
YOUR TASKS: Strategy & Conception Development and implementation of a holistic event strategy in line with the club's goals
Conception of new event formats to increase visitor numbers, fan loyalty, and hospitality revenues
Continuous analysis and further development of existing events
Planning & Implementation Overall responsibility for planning, organizing, and executing gameday experiences, fan events, sponsor, hospitality, and community events
Ensuring smooth event operations and a high-quality guest experience
Creation of schedules, production, and deployment plans
Coordination & Partnerships Close collaboration with internal departments as well as external partners and service providers
Integration and support of sponsors and partners in the event context
Budget, Analysis & Reporting Budget planning, cost control, and resource management
Evaluation of KPIs, feedback, and derivation of optimization measures
Reporting, documentation, and follow-up of all events
WHAT YOU BRING: Completed training or studies in event management, sports management, marketing, or a comparable field
Experience in event management, ideally in the sports or entertainment environment
Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
Ability to think strategically and implement operationally
Experience in dealing with partners, sponsors, and service providers
High personal responsibility, resilience, and flexibility, especially on game days and at events
Strong communication and coordination skills
Confident handling of budgets and project planning
Affinity for sports and ice hockey is an advantage
Confident use of MS Office / CRM systems
