Legal Counsel (m/f/d)

Responsibilities
* Independently draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of legal agreements for the EMEA region, including MSAs, HCP and HCO contracts, CDAs, and other commercial templates.
* Create, maintain, and update contract templates to ensure compliance and consistency.
* Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize contracting processes.
* Manage agreements throughout the full contract lifecycle within the contract lifecycle management (CLM) system.
* Provide solution‑oriented legal support to internal business partners across functions.
* Prepare and update training materials and maintain FAQs related to standard contractual documentation.
* Support alignment with internal policies, legal guidelines, and regional requirements.
Requirements
* Master of Law degree and national legal qualification.
* 3-5 years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in a law firm or international corporate environment (biotech/pharma experience is a strong plus).
* Language skills:
o English: native or business proficient (mandatory)
o German: native or business proficient (mandatory)
o French: strong advantage
* Strong commercial contracting expertise with the ability to manage agreements end‑to‑end with minimal supervision.
* Excellent stakeholder management, problem‑solving abilities, and attention to detail.
In Switzerland, for contract roles it is mandatory for the candidate to be a Swiss citizen or a European passport holder.
