PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for managing all HR processes related to our F&B operations in daily collaboration with the HR team and institutions at Geneva Airport.
You will oversee various HR tasks, including but not limited to recruitment, training and development, and administration, covering the needs of over 200 FTEs and supporting our organization's workforce strategy in alignment with our overall business strategy. Your pragmatic and results-oriented approach will be essential to thrive and stay motivated in a highly dynamic environment.

This position is based at our Geneva Airport operations center. Please note that only candidates who are eligible to work in the EU/Switzerland or who hold the appropriate work permit can be considered.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Recruitment: Support to store managers in their hiring efforts (job ad creation, pre-screening, candidate discussions), participation in interviews for management positions when needed.
* Administration: Full cycle of HR administration within a team structure.
* Expert advice and support in operational HR areas (employer branding, employee retention, absence management, etc.).
* Point of contact for managers and employees on labor law matters.
* Health Management: Identification, handling, and follow-up of short-term absences; management of long-term absences in collaboration with the company’s compensation department and store managers, including organizing individual reintegration measures.
* Terminations: Support managers in the employee termination process.
* Active collaboration and support in conflict situations, problem-solving processes, and team development.
* Support for change processes and digitalization in HR.
* Learning & Development: Actively support the L&D specialist in introducing and implementing development and training opportunities.
* Coaching and development of a Junior HR Business Partner.
* Bringing the company culture to life and leading by example every day.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* Education: Certified HR Specialist
* Strong knowledge and practical experience with Swiss labor law and the CCNT (Collective Labor Agreement for the Swiss Hospitality Industry)
* Fluency in French and English in a business context
* Several years of experience in HR (recruitment, administration, and payroll)
* Confidence in navigating a multicultural and diverse work environment
* Open-mindedness and flexibility
