Position OverviewIntern in the Packaging Speed Testing team at the Roche Kaiseraugst site, responsible for ensuring high‑quality standards of primary and secondary packaging materials used in manufacturing operations.ResponsibilitiesLead sub‑projects and support organizational development initiatives.Introduce gamification elements and contribute to process optimization.Assist with day‑to‑day operations and current projects within the team.Apply Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements in a practical setting and develop project management skills.Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Laboratories, Supplier Quality Management, Packaging Development, Warehouse, Procurement, and Planning to gain a broad insight into the Quality Unit and production centre.QualificationsStudent in psychology, innovation, or a scientific field – currently enrolled or graduated within the last 12 months.Organised and structured way of working.Strong spatial reasoning skills.Team‑oriented and communicative personality.High level of initiative, assertiveness, and persuasiveness.Reliable and detail‑focused, with experience in a GMP‑regulated environment a plus.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Start Date: August/September 2026Workload: 100%Roche is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
