About the Role
* Key Responsibilities:
* Planning and realization of electrical MSR readiness within available timelines and budget constraints.
* Ensuring seamless operation and flawless performance of high-automated Biologics facilities equipped with DeltaV and MES systems.
* Managing GMP-compliant activities, including testing, documentation, and change management using Kneat and Ubik systems.
* Preparing and updating plant documentation in SAP/COMOS to ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards.
* Determining and implementing continuous improvements in equipment and maintenance processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
Requirements
* Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Equivalent experience in Electrical or System Engineering or a related field.
* Proven experience in the operation and maintenance of pharmaceutical plants or the biotech industry.
* Proficiency in SAP, COMOS, DeltaV, and MES Syncade is highly desirable.
* Proficient in English and/or German to communicate effectively in a diverse environment.
* Familiarity with GMP standards and protocols to ensure compliance in a regulated manufacturing setting.
