Your Responsibilities
Posting of supplier invoicesGeneral ledger entries in compliance with local and Group regulationsSupport in managing assets depreciation in accordance with applicable regulationsBank and payment managementSupport in the preparation and review of VAT returns, tax returns and local complianceSupport in monthly and annual closing and budget processCooperation with external consultants and auditorsSupport to the HR Manager in personnel administration and payroll managementCollection and submission of payroll data to the external payroll provider and verification of the accuracy of processed salary calculationsReconciliation of payroll data with accounting records and annual declarationsEnsure compliance with data protection regulationsSupport management on Finance & HR topicsSupport in managing relationships with consultants regarding Legislative Decree 231/2001 (Organizational Model 231) for the Italian subsidiary and health & safety regulationsSupport general and operational administrative activitiesYour Expertise
Degree in Economics or related fieldAt least 5 years of previous experience in accounting/administrationKnowledge of general accounting principlesKnowledge of Swiss and Italian payroll systemsFamiliarity with Italian regulations such as Legislative Decree 231/2001 and health & safety lawsFluent in Italian (native or equivalent)Fluent in EnglishKnowledge of German (plus)Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft OfficeAbility to work effectively in an international team environmentStrong organizational skills, accuracy, confidentiality, and flexibilityBenefits
