Overview We are looking for a motivated Junior Area Manager to support sales and business development activities across assigned territories in an international B2B API / Medical Cannabinoids environment.
Key Responsibilities Support the Area Manager in executing sales and market development strategies
Manage relationships with clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders
Identify new markets, clients, and business opportunities
Conduct market research and competitive analysis
Support negotiations, tenders, proposals, and sales contracts
Track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and prepare sales reports
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Regulatory teams
Represent the company at client meetings and industry events
Travel to assigned countries as required
Requirements & Skills Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
Initial experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Management (API experience preferred)
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Strong communication, organization, and networking skills
Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
