Tasks
* Manage the operational handling of accounts receivable processes.
* Support and handle fee billing in the areas of waste, wastewater, and water in cooperation with the responsible specialist offices.
* Support and supervise apprentices within the financial department.
* Collaborate in the processing and posting of accounts payable invoices.
Skills
* Completed commercial basic training or equivalent qualification.
* Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting; experience in supervising apprentices is an advantage.
* Precise, structured, and responsible way of working as well as pronounced teamwork skills.
* Very good user knowledge of common IT programs (especially MS Office); experience with Abacus and Innosolv is an advantage.
