We are looking for a Project Engineer to lead technical investment projects in a GMP-regulated pharma/biotech production environment.
Duration: 1 year with possibility of extension
Location: Full onsite in Visp
Your Responsibilities
Lead small to mid-sized technical projects impacting production and business performance
Manage project planning, execution, and delivery (cost, timeline, functionality)
Conduct feasibility studies, process calculations, and plant optimizations
Support production changes and new product launches
Develop and evaluate technical concepts and solutions
Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners
Drive continuous process improvements and knowledge transfer
Your Profile
Degree in Mechanical, Process, Chemical or Biochemical Engineering
3–10 years’ experience in a GMP environment (pharma/biotech preferred)
Strong project management and problem-solving skills
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
Excellent communication skills and leadership in matrix organizations
