Responsibilities:
* Lead change management and communication activities for CDGM services on a global scale.
* Identify the needs of different departments, considering their familiarity and use of TMF systems and processes.
* Conduct stakeholder mapping, change impact assessments, and develop a comprehensive change management plan.
* Support the development and execution of CDGM's communication strategy, collaborating with other change management teams and department representatives.
* Define communication and engagement objectives, create effective communication plans, measure their success, and gather feedback for future improvements.
* Act as CDGM representative in global, cross-functional process or clinical development improvement initiatives.
* Gather feedback from end-users and share insights with CDGM stakeholders to better assess user needs.
Profile Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree required, preferably an advanced degree in life sciences.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical operations or clinical document management.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
* In-depth understanding of the clinical development process, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
* Experience working in global, multicultural teams.
* Strong knowledge of system data structures and Clinical Document Management System functionalities.
* Ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
* Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in computer skills.
* Strong organizational and communication abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
* Proven networking skills and experience in training colleagues.
* Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues independently, with the awareness of when to escalate problems.
