* Plan, organise, coordinate, and lead transversal Manufacturing projects, ensuring alignment with costs, quality, and time objectives.
* Utilize established systems to achieve designated production management control outcomes, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and required quality levels.
* Optimize production lines by analyzing production steps, allocating resources optimally, and identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
* Manage forecasting and demand planning projects, identifying trends for future demand and planning inventory and production optimally.
* Address queries from internal or external customers or suppliers, providing information on complex processes and related policies, and referring issues for policy interpretation when necessary.
* Review costs, generate cost reduction ideas, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
* Collect and analyze key cost drivers, market dynamics, innovation areas, and alternative suppliers for low-risk areas, providing solid market information for decision-making.
* Independently collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats.
* Identify and report instances of noncompliance with organizational policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory codes within the team, escalating issues as appropriate.
* Develop personal capabilities through assessment and development planning activities, formal and informal training, and coaching. Maintain or gain external professional accreditation where relevant.
* Stay informed on relevant technology, external regulations, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of education.
* Proven experience as a practitioner able to work unsupervised.
* Basic experience in coordinating the work of others.
