Responsibilities
* Lead an international product team in the 'Digital Workplace' sector
* Take responsibility for the worldwide planning, implementation, and management of the Microsoft 365 platform, including MS Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
* Define the architecture of the M365 platform in collaboration with the architecture and compliance teams
* Coordinate initiatives related to the 'Digital Workplace' in close cooperation with various stakeholders from business and IT
* Ensure change management including end-user training
* Continuously optimize and develop the 'Digital Workplace'
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or similar in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, or a related field
* Several years of professional experience in M365, ideally in an international environment
* Proficiency in agile and traditional management principles and professional communication with stakeholders at C-level
* Excellent German and English skills (C1) both written and spoken
* Resilient, structured, solution-oriented work approach with experience in lateral leadership of specialists
* Motivated personality with hands-on mentality and strong communication skills
