Regulatory Audit Specialist
The role involves leading and coaching junior colleagues in auditing financial service providers, with a focus on regulatory compliance.
* Conduct supervisory audits of banks and other financial institutions, assessing compliance with anti-money laundering laws and conduct rules.
* Utilize expertise to support consulting projects outside of audits, developing knowledge in areas like client onboarding, AML regulations, risk disclosure, and internal controls.
* Participate in process audits and reporting, gaining detailed knowledge in cross-border activities.
* Support senior team members through on-the-job coaching and mentoring.
Required Skills:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Law, Business Informatics, Law, or STEM fields.
* Curiosity and interest in audit, especially with a regulatory focus on banking and asset management.
* Professional experience in Financial Services audit or compliance, preferably with regulatory audits of banks or financial intermediaries.
* High discipline and perseverance for continuous learning (e.g., CPA, CFA, or other certifications).
* Integrity, respect, and teamwork as core values.
* Flexibility and independence to serve clients across Switzerland.
* Quick comprehension skills and ability to recognize connections.
