For our department in our Lausanne branch, we are looking for: Business Intelligence Project Manager (m/f) Your challenges Manage the Power BI project from start to finish while ensuring adherence to budget, deadlines, and quality standards. Develop the project plan, define deliverables, and ensure their follow-up until delivery. Mobilize and coordinate the necessary resources for the objectives. Supervise business analysts. Ensure the quality of deliverables. Organize and execute towards Power BI (defining the scope for setting up new reports, deployment, and communication with end-users). Capture risks and define appropriate mitigation measures. Define and implement relevant steering KPIs. Report progress to the steering committee and sponsor. Your talents You hold a university degree or higher (UNI, EPF, HEG, or HES) or an equivalent qualification; a project management qualification is a plus (PMP; Prince 2; Lean). You have confirmed experience in managing cross-functional projects, with strong proficiency in Power BI. You have recognized expertise in data-related topics: technical overhaul of setting up a Business Intelligence tool, review of data governance, design, and deployment of reporting for business functions, control functions, and General Management. You have a good command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Knowledge of Azure DevOps is a plus. You possess strong analytical skills, are results-oriented, and ready to invest in your missions. French is your native language, and you have a good command of English. German is a plus. You are comfortable communicating both orally and in writing (clear, precise, and adapted to the audience) and you have a good team spirit.
