An exciting opportunity exists to join Zurich’s General Insurance Division as a Customer Care Consultant.

This is a great entry-level role into Zurich where you will be provided with excellent training and the support of a wonderful team.

You will provide exceptional service to our customers through inbound (and at times outbound) calls, assisting with queries ranging from general insurance policy information, processing requests, and maintaining details for existing general insurance policies in databases and systems. Additionally, you will support Zurich's digital transformation and be part of a personal lines team.
