As the Consulting Practice Lead & Organisation Development Community Lead, you will shape the strategic vision for how we transform our organization to realise Roche’s 10-Year Ambitions. Leading the Global Consulting Practice, you and your team partner with senior leadership teams to improve organizational performance and health, utilizing deep expertise in transformation, organisational design, leadership team effectiveness and culture shaping. As a member of the P&OG Chapter Enabling Team, you will create and ensure a chapter vision, strategy, and priorities that provides value and business impact.
Your Opportunity
* Lead the Global Consulting Practice of Organizational Development (OD) professionals to support leaders with organisational design, team effectiveness, cultural shaping and transformation.
* Collaborate with business leaders to co‑create strategies that support large‑scale enterprise transformation.
* Build consulting capabilities across the organisation, ensuring our partners have the tools and skills to drive change.
* Foster a strong network of experts, ensuring constant knowledge transfer and the exchange of best practices globally.
* Drive harmonization of processes and define high‑quality standards and KPIs for the practice.
* Catalyse action by forming agile teams to deliver on high‑priority initiatives.
* Coach and develop chapter members, ensuring a diverse and ready pipeline of talent.
Who You Are
* 10+ years of experience in Organisational Development, Leadership Development, or a related field.
* 5+ years in leadership roles, specifically leading global teams or communities of experts.
* Expertise in organisational design and driving large‑scale change transformations.
* Proven ability to consult on organisational performance, leadership development, team dynamics and adult learning.
* Agile mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and influence stakeholders across a matrixed environment.
