Tasks
As a Partner Success Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our restaurant partner network.
You take over once a new partner signs with Future Kitchens and make sure they're set up for success - from onboarding to long-term growth.
In short: you make sure the kitchens cook, the systems run, and the partners thrive.
Your main responsibilities:
* Onboard new restaurant partners both technically (accounts, tools, systems) and on-site (trainings during real service hours)
* Teach the Future Kitchens System: how to prepare and deliver our brands at top quality
* Build strong relationships with your partner portfolio and be their go-to person for anything operational
* Upsell & expand: identify new brand opportunities within your partner network
* Quality assurance: visit partners, analyze performance, manage our Mystery Guest Program
* Drive improvement projects to make our partner experience better every week
Requirements
You're a motivated self-starter who enjoys working with people and solving problems in real time. You don't mind getting your hands dirty - literally - if that's what it takes to help a kitchen succeed.
Must-haves:
* Fluent in German (English is a plus)
* Based in or around Zurich
* Experience in kitchen operations, gastronomy, or hospitality
* Driver's licence (on-site partner visits)
* Flexibility to work during restaurant service hours when needed
