Your tasks include maintaining building infrastructure (interior) as well as upkeep of the surroundings and green spaces, opening and closing premises and alarms, accompanying and monitoring external partners (cleaning company, technical support, and handling internal and external mail), and performing minor maintenance work (establishing and maintaining lists, invoice checks, etc.).Your profile: You work autonomously while having a team spirit; you are responsible, loyal, and distinguished by your flexibility and strong service orientation. You possess excellent manual skills, master programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook, and your primary language is German or French, with very good knowledge of the other language.Professional requirements: CFC in operating or manual/technical fields with a certificate, professional experience in concierge services, as a gardener or in a similar role, and a driving license B.Your new professional adventure begins here!
