Jobdescription For one of our clients specialized in Life Science,
we are looking for a Junior Supply Buyer (100%) based in the
canton of Neuchatel. Your
Responsibilities: Manage the
full purchase order lifecycle, including timely and compliant
processing. Proactively identify and resolve order discrepancies
(delivery delays, pricing issues, stockouts) to guarantee on-time
and complete deliveries. Utilize reports to foresee and address
potential delivery/production delays. Ensure proper follow-up on
quality concerns. Maintain
clear and timely communication regarding order processing,
procedures, and system updates. Address and escalate critical order
issues to support manufacturing targets. Serve as a direct point of
contact for
suppliers. Create and update
data accurately to maintain business continuity according to
established
guidelines. Participate in
projects of limited scope and
complexity. Provide coverage
for team members and offer support to the wider
group. Your
Profile: Experience or background in
Life Science, chemistry or biology mandatory
! Native-level proficiency in either
French or German, with strong knowledge of the other language and
fluency in English. Excellent oral and written
communication, negotiation, and multitasking abilities, coupled
with strong organizational skills. Good
understanding of biotechnological, pharmaceutical, or diagnostic
products. Knowledge of quality standards (GMP,
ISO 13485, ISO 9001). Understanding of
production and supply constraints related to regulated
environments.
