For our largest production department, the "
Assembly Automata
", we are looking for a natural
leader
to strengthen our management team. The department consists of 4 sectors each equipped with different technologies. What does the job involve?
Manage a production sector composed of a team of 30 employees and 20 production means (assembly automata) Support employees in achieving their objectives and developing their skills Ensure the functionality and availability of the sector's machines to meet production targets while respecting quality, quantity and deadlines Initiate and lead various sector development projects Propose and implement concrete measures to improve productivity What do we expect from you?
Federal VET diploma in a technical field complemented by further training (Federal Certificate, ES Technician or other) Proven experience in personnel management in an industrial environment French-speaking with solid knowledge of German or English (B2) Very good skills in mechanics, automation and pneumatics ideally complemented by knowledge of assembly processes Solution-oriented personality, flexible and with a good team spirit Natural leadership, with a good ability to unite teams and lead them to action What do we offer you?
