Within the Marketing & Sales department at our Burgdorf location, we are looking for a motivated individual as Product Manager Autoinjectors (Category YpsoMate 1ml) – 80 % to 100 % (Ref. No. 7998). This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
* Develop commercial strategies, pricing models, and compelling value propositions for our product in close collaboration with Sales, Account & Business Management
* Support sales teams on key opportunities and train them on platform positioning, competitive differentiation, and value-based messaging
* Act as a cross‑functional interface and actively contribute to variant development projects for injection systems (autoinjectors)
* Provide functional leadership within interdisciplinary teams and take responsibility for assigned product variants after commercial launch
* Independently manage and resolve a broad range of challenges, including technical, quality‑related, logistical, and commercial topics
Qualifications
* At least 5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or product management, preferably in the medical technology or pharmaceutical industry
* Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
* Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to analyze customers, competitors, and market trends to identify opportunities and develop an effective marketing mix
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and a positive, proactive can‑do attitude
* Experience working in a GMP‑regulated environment is considered an advantage
* Technical understanding and willingness to engage with complex technical topics are beneficial, especially for candidates with a business background
* Fluency in English (C1) and German (C1)
