Company 1: Senior IT Business Analyst – Finance & Risk (CTRM implementation)


Job Summary

The Senior IT Business Analyst is a leading functional analyst for Finance & Risk, ensuring requirements, priorities, business definitions and optimization are validated with the Business Process Owner. Primary goal is to support the implementation of a new CTRM.


Responsibilities & Duties

* Be primary liaison between business stakeholders (mostly BPO) to gather and document business requirements, identify opportunities to reduce inefficiencies, and align data governance and process optimization with organizational objectives.
* Analyze business processes and workflows and create detailed documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures, gap requirements, data flows and business glossary, and requirements for data products.
* Support the Business Analyst Lead in managing daily activities in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery alongside Program and Project managers.
* Develop test scenarios, document test executions and conduct testing to ensure solutions meet requirements for Finance and Risk.
* Support Test Automation deployment and other CTRM implementation workstreams, including data migration.
* Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, including challenging existing processes and co-building pragmatic solutions.
* Provide training and support to remove bottlenecks for team members and end-users on past and new systems and processes.
* Support implementation and maintenance of data governance frameworks to manage data assets effectively and meet regulatory standards.
* Oversee data quality management processes, including data integrity, data lineage, and data stewardship, ensuring accuracy, reliability and security of organizational data.
* When required, assist in investigating incidents related to complex business cases.

Business travels

Travel is required for this position: occasional travels in countries of CTRM deployment alongside project phase, potentially 4 times x 2 weeks per year.


Essential Skills

* Minimum 10 years of experience as Operations, Middle Office or Business Analyst in an agri-commodity trading industry (coffee or cocoa ideally).
* Proven successful experience as a BA on a CTRM implementation in a soft-commodity company.
* Bachelor’s degree in business information systems, information technology, business administration, Finance or Commodity Risk.
* CBAP and/or PMP certification is a plus.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to multitask and manage multiple time-zone stakeholders; conflict resolution.
* Commodity trade acumen with ability to challenge trade lifecycle and processes.
* Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets; excellent organization and coordination skills including daily management of project tools (Jira, Confluence, Teams, SharePoint).
* Proficient in business analyst tools or software (Microsoft Visio, Signavio...).
* Leadership and ability to coordinate remote team members.
* Good communication skills and willingness to work with people of varied cultures.
* Perfect spoken English; knowledge of the language of operation (French, Spanish, Portuguese, Vietnamese) is a plus.


KPIs

* Deliver qualitative Statement of Work validation and implementation, from test scenario definition up to UAT sign-off.
* Effective requirements gathering for Standard Operating Procedures and related configurations and implementations.
* High stakeholder satisfaction due to clear communication and successful project outcomes.
* Consistent Business Analyst practices to support deployment of projects and data governance.

Company 2: CSIRT/CSOC Analyst (Security Incident Response)


Job Summary

Responsibilities & Duties

* Be part of a multidisciplinary CSIRT team in Thales Cyber Solutions, supporting detection, containment, neutralization and remediation of intrusions; assist in post-mortem investigations.
* Work on clients’ security incidents and help CSOC L2 in incident triage; maintain CSIRT applications and documentation.
* Create detection use cases for CSOC and test them in a stealthy, pentest-like engagement; share knowledge during training or workshops.


Essential Skills

* Highly motivated with interest in cyber defence and research; first experience in a similar role with a system engineer background.
* Familiar with SCADA environments; analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Log analysis capability; ability to read X86/64 assembly, C, C++, .NET; ability to write Python.
* Experience with Volatility, Log2Timeline, MISP, IntelMQ, Wireshark, Tshark, Snort; knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, FTP, SSL.
* Understanding threat intelligence limitations; any related certification such as GCIH is a plus.
* Deep understanding of Windows, macOS and Linux; ability to work under pressure and with diverse people.
* English minimum B2; other languages a plus.
