Mission
At Mama, companies get things done while having fun. We offer them a unique event experience and you are the guarantor. Our customers are always in good hands with you. You will be responsible for organizing all events (B2B & B2C) from A to Z; from negotiation to invoicing and on-site reception. You are the single point of contact for customers. Business meetings, business seminars, workshops with cocktail parties, or birthdays: you have everything under control.
Through a commercial strategy and a pricing policy that you develop with HQ and the Sales Manager, you participate in and contribute to the achievement of the strategy by negotiating and realizing event requests. On the field, you coordinate with all the services (Housekeeping, F&B, Kitchen, Reception) to ensure that customer satisfaction stays top of the list. As an ambassador of the group, you convey our values with energy and positive vibes. Mama Loves Business!
Responsibilities
* Organise all events (B2B & B2C) from A to Z, including negotiation, invoicing, and on-site reception.
* Serve as the single point of contact for customers throughout the event process.
* Develop and implement a commercial strategy and pricing policy in collaboration with HQ and the Sales Manager.
* Coordinate with all hotel services (Housekeeping, F&B, Kitchen, Reception) to ensure top customer satisfaction.
* Act as an ambassador of the group and promote Mama Shelter values with energy and positivity.
Qualifications
* You are passionate about sales without being the Wolf of Wall Street.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and anticipatory skills.
* Excellent communication; a diplomat who can bring services together.
* Curious and observant; able to stay aware of surroundings.
* Problem solver with strong customer relations; able to handle customer situations creatively.
* Action-oriented; hands-on leadership through example.
* Strong in numbers; proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
