C&ORC Business Aligned Specialist AML & Investigations Your role
Support the business in managing risk
Identify unusual business relationships and monitor risk assessments
Ensure compliance with current legal and regulatory standards
Advise management and client advisors
Perform second line-of-defense activities related to AML risks, including SAR filings
Design and ensure effective operation of risk frameworks
Deliver independent risk assessments and reports
Provide management with controls, tools, training, frameworks, and insights to manage risk
Your team
You will be employed by UBS Business Solutions AG CH and will work within the Business Aligned Compliance & Operational Risk Control team during the Credit Suisse integration into UBS.
We are a team of 30 compliance officers responsible for Wealth Management & Swiss Bank in Romandie. We value diversity, which helps us grow and better serve our clients.
Your expertise
Swiss degree in law or economics
Ideally 2-4 years of experience in compliance within a Swiss bank
Analytical skills with practical risk minimization solutions
Result-oriented and assertive, comfortable with challenging situations
Strong communication skills, team player, works well under pressure
Reliable and resilient in challenging situations
Fluent in French and English; German is a plus
