Start Date: 2 nd of February 2026 About the Role The Project Coordinator provides essential support in structuring, coordinating, and executing projects and transformation initiatives. Acting as the central PMO and operational backbone, this role ensures alignment, organization, and smooth delivery of all project and change-related workstreams. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination & PMO Support Gather and maintain all project information: schedules, data requests, assignments, tasks, and meeting documentation. Work with project teams to track tasks, deliverables, and assignments. Assist the Project Manager in developing comprehensive workflow processes. Monitor and update project schedules as assigned. Maintain document control, database management, and team communication. Prepare and facilitate strategic meetings, including follow-up notes and action tracking. Schedule project follow-up meetings and publish communications to stakeholders. Develop and review project status reports and dashboards. Program Structuring & Transformation Support Consolidate project charters, plans, and workstream scopes. Maintain integrated program roadmaps and track milestones, interdependencies, and risks. Support governance routines, steering committees, and budget/resource tracking. Workstream & Team Leadership Manage, coach, and motivate small to medium production and supply teams to optimize infrastructure and meet business objectives, compliance, and HSE requirements. Implement production and asset strategies and contribute to short- and long-term planning. Assist in annual budget preparation and monitor expenditures. Lead key projects across the area. Digitalization & Innovation Support identification and prioritization of digital enablers (tools, automation, analytics). Coordinate pilots and digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with program objectives. Change Management & Communication Contribute to impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, and readiness evaluations. Develop communication plans, presentations, and newsletters. Organize training sessions, workshops, and engagement activities. Requirements Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (MS Project, Project Server). Experience in PMO, program coordination, or transformation support roles. Exceptional organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to change. Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to synthesize information clearly. Analytical and problem-solving skills; proven ability to meet deadlines. Collaborative working style and ability to build productive relationships across all levels. Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environments. Interest in digital tools, innovation, and continuous improvement.
