* Develop and align sourcing strategies, supplier management procedures, and identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on IT strategy and future needs, acting as the entry point for external solicitations.
* Initiate and lead the RFP process in collaboration with IT, procurement, finance, and other stakeholders, overseeing supplier selection, price negotiations, and contract elaboration.
* Define and implement supplier performance frameworks, manage supplier consumption and performance evaluations, and ensure invoicing aligns with delivered services/products.
* Lead the creation of the yearly IT budget, monitor financial commitments against the budget, ensure compliance with internal and external policies, and provide real-time visibility and transparency of IT costs.
* Collaborate with project managers to ensure financial accuracy and support in selecting external partners for project execution and post-project solution support.
Your tasks

Your profile
* Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
* 15+ years of experience in sourcing and financial management, with at least 8 years in IT or technology-related industries.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French. Good knowledge of German language would be an advantage.
* Proven expertise in contract management, negotiation, supplier selection, budgeting, financial analysis, and familiarity with IT outsourcing (staffing, service contracts, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and IT cost structures (cloud computing, software licensing, hardware depreciation).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in procurement and financial tools, advanced Excel, and the ability to communicate financial insights effectively to non-financial stakeholders, alongside a solid understanding of IT-specific sourcing and financial challenges.
* Demonstrates a positive attitude, high commitment, and adaptability in uncertain situations, with exceptional interpersonal skills in teamwork, facilitation, negotiation, and the ability to communicate confidently across all levels of the organization.
