Events & Communications Coordinator 50 %

Your impact:
1. Plan, organize, and execute international trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events
2. Coordinate event logistics, booth setup, suppliers, and external partners
3. Manage event-related marketing materials and ensure brand consistency
4. Support webinars and virtual events in collaboration with product and sales teams
5. Maintain communication schedules for press releases and media outreach
6. Support internal communications and company-wide updates
7. Collect and manage event leads in collaboration with the CRM team
8. Assist in creating content for event-related campaigns and company news
Your skills & experience:
9. Degree or professional training in marketing, communications, or event management
10. Experience in planning and organizing events is an advantage
11. Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
12. Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
13. Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
14. Proactive, team-oriented, and able to perform under time pressure
15. Willingness to travel and represent Essemtec professionally at events
