Job Description:
This is a unique opportunity to join our organization as Human Resources Director EMEA, responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR strategies across the region.
You will work closely with the international HR leadership team to drive business results and support organizational growth.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Strategic HR Business Partnering: Provide high-impact support to senior executives across multiple countries.
* HR Program Leadership: Lead core HR programs such as performance management, talent reviews, organisational development and compensation planning.
* Workforce Planning: Oversee strategic workforce planning, recruitment, leadership development, global mobility in partnership with external providers and internal stakeholders.
You will be responsible for designing and managing competitive compensation and benefits frameworks to attract, retain talent while maintaining market competitiveness and internal equity.
Promote a positive, high-performing and inclusive workplace culture that enhances employee engagement and experience.
Drive succession planning and leadership development initiatives across the EMEA organization to support long-term business growth in EMEA.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Degree in Human Resources or related field: At least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
* International HR Leadership Experience: At least 10 years of progressive international HR Leadership experience within the life sciences industry.
* Strategic HR Business Partnering: Demonstrated expertise in strategic HR business partnering with Sr. Executives across multiple countries.
* Cross-Cultural Environment: Experience working in international, cross-cultural environments.
* Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage, challenge and advise Sr. stakeholders.
