Job description

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Advisor to join our team at the Zermatt Boutique. This is a part time, fixed-term contract running until the end of September, with a start date of March 1,. Your mission :

1. Welcome Clients: Provide a warm and professional greeting to clients, ensuring a sales experience that aligns with the brands customer service standards.
2. Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed sales objectives through effective client engagement and product knowledge.
3. Visual Merchandising: Ensure that visual merchandising is in line with company guidelines, maintaining the boutiques impeccable appearance and organization.
4. Operational Support: Assist the Manager with tasks such as inventory management, reordering stock, and completing various administrative duties.
5. Brand Compliance: Adhere to the Brands guidelines regarding dress code, work schedule, and security protocols

Profile

6. Customer-Focused: Demonstrates a strong sense of hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
7. Team-Oriented: A collaborative team player, eager to foster positive and efficient relationships with colleagues.
8. Dynamic Personality: Positive, motivated, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
9. Dependable: Reliable and serious, with a strong work ethic.

Professional requirements

10. A minimum of 2 years experience in sales, preferably in the watchmaking industry.

Languages

11. Fluent in English and German, and proficiency in another language is a plus.
