You will also ensure process designs comply with pharmaceutical industry and standards including GMP, FDA/EMA, PED and In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Mechanical, and Project Management teams X role :- Process Design & Engineering Develop powder handling processes based on customer URS and internal Perform X Conduct flow pressure drop and hydraulic Size key equipment including vessels, filters, dryers, piping, valves and Define utility requirements including CIP/SIP, nitrogen, compressed air, vacuum X .- Equipment Dimensioning & Technical process parameters into mechanical design Define design conditions including pressure, flow and Prepare and review technical for components and Ensure proper selection with respect to corrosion resistance, cleanability and GMP compliance.- & Control Definitiono Define the process philosophy including flow, pressure, and level Specify sensors, transmitters, control valves and safety Contribute to the definition of the control with Support alarm X interlock logic Ensure complies with GMP X area requirements if applicable).- Compliance, Risk & GMP, FDA, PED and industry standards into the process Perform X to risk analyses including FMEA and HAZOP. Support including Design and contributions to IQ/ Prepare and maintain process including PFDs, P&IDs and functional Ensure traceability and quality according to pharmaceutical standards.- Project Execution & Cross-Functional Support Sales and Project Managers during feasibility studies and technical in design reviews with mechanical, and manufacturing Support Project Managers during project execution as process design in and when required to ensure process performance Support troubleshooting of technical issues during commissioning and profile :Bachelor s or Master s degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering. Mechanical Engineering background can be –7 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or chemical process engineering.Experience in environments (GMP required).Strong knowledge of powder transfer and handling including drying, mixing, milling and containment systems.Experience with mass balance flow and pressure drop equipment sizing and pipe dimensioning.Experience with to develop and interpret PFDs and P&IDs.Knowledge of GMP, FDA/EMA, PED and with risk analysis methods such as FMEA and analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.Understanding of process scale-up and industrial equipment English (spoken & written).Willingness to travel to DEC sites or customer sites on a regular basis (10–15%). jid1c6ca9faen jit0312aen jpiy26aen
