Responsibilities
* Contribute to data analytics and business intelligence initiatives, with a strong focus on regulatory reporting.
* Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to deliver effective analytics solutions.
* Produce and maintain high-quality documentation with strong attention to detail.
* Evaluate and manage change requests submitted by business teams.
* Perform both regular and ad-hoc analyses and reporting.
* Support the design, development, validation, implementation, and monitoring of models for compliance processes and control execution.
Requirements
* Strong experience in the banking sector, with a focus on Compliance, Risk Management, and Legal.
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Data Scientist, ideally within a project-based environment.
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
* Experience in project management and/or business analysis.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a university of applied sciences in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), or in Economics, Banking, or Finance.
