Overview In this role, you will take ownership of financial reporting across a portfolio of accounts, ensuring the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and timeliness in line with the Swiss Code of Obligations and IFRS. Acting as a central point of coordination, you will play a key role in reporting, governance, and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities Oversee the preparation and review of management accounts, trial balances, statutory accounts, and other reporting deliverables.
Coordinate with global service centers to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Prepare and present financial materials at board meetings, collaborating closely with General Management, Risk & Compliance, and other stakeholders.
Work with external partners including auditors, actuaries, and group financial controllers to proactively meet reporting needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and day-to-day contacts across multiple accounts.
The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will be a finance professional with strong technical expertise and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. You are able to balance analytical precision with clear communication and thrive in a collaborative, international environment.
Swiss qualification in Accounting and/or Controlling (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, Fachausweis, CFC).
Solid experience with international reporting standards (IFRS).
3-8 years\' experience in Financial Accounting and/or Controlling, ideally in an international corporate environment.
Language skills: Native French or German; fluency in English is essential.
