The HR Administrator delivers essential administrative support to HR Business Partners throughout all phases of the employee lifecycle - from onboarding to offboarding. As a primary point of contact for employees, this role provides timely, accurate, and employee-focused HR assistance and guidance. In addition, the Senior HR Administrator contributes to the successful execution and continuous improvement of HR projects, processes, and initiatives, supporting the overall efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations across the organization.
How you will create a beautiful impact:
HR Admin
* Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences for employees.
* Draft and manage employment contracts, amendments, reference letters, employment confirmations, and other HR-related documents.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
* Organize and manage digital and physical personnel files.
* Provide day-to-day administrative HR support, contributing to the efficient delivery of HR services and initiatives.
Insurance Reporting
* Report accidents and employee illnesses to relevant insurance providers in a timely manner.
* Verify employee benefits eligibility and check daily allowance statements.
* Register employees and benefit claims with the compensation office.
* Maintain and update employee data for the pension fund.
Payroll Support
* Compile and prepare accurate payroll data to support payroll processing activities.
General Administrative Support
* Assist and mentor the KV apprentice within the HR team.
* Participate in coordinating and executing HR initiatives focused on enhancing processes, systems, and the overall employee experience.
What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent:
* HR Diploma as “Sachbearbeiter*in Personalwesen” or HR Assistant or HR Fachausweis
* Interest in Payroll and social insurance
* Experience in HR, ideally with SuccessFactors & SAP Payroll
* Trustworthy, reliable, flexible, service-oriented
* Fluent in German & English; French is a plus
